Privacy & advertising notice

This notice covers optional advertising tracking on the Booth Rental Manager marketing website, operated by Haircut Now. It explains the separate preferences for this website and Haircut Now Shops.

Your choice comes first

Meta advertising tracking is off until you choose “Allow advertising.” Declining does not prevent browsing, viewing pricing, or signing up. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals override advertising permission. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 90 days.

What is shared with Meta

With your permission, the homepage sends PageView and ViewContent events identifying Booth Rental Manager as a shop-subscription product. Meta Pixel receives browser and page information, including the page URL, and uses its browser identifier (_fbp) and, when a valid Meta ad click is present, its click identifier (_fbc). These advertising cookies last up to 90 days. Meta may use this information to measure and attribute advertising activity. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.

This website does not add names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details to its advertising events. A visit to this page or a click on a trial button is not reported as a trial, subscription, purchase, or Shop Operations conversion.

Following a pricing or signup link

After permission, existing pricing links to walkin.haircutnow.com may carry Meta browser and click identifiers in the URL fragment. Existing query parameters and bundle destinations remain intact. Shops asks for its own advertising permission; permission on this website does not grant permission there.

If you separately consent in Shops, its backend can associate the identifiers and a hashed checkout email with Stripe-confirmed subscription activity. Hashing does not make personal data anonymous. Subscription conversion tracking is handled by Shops, not by this marketing website.

Withdraw advertising permission

Open “Advertising preferences” in the footer and choose “Decline advertising.” This stops this website’s Pixel tracking, clears its Meta advertising cookies and pending events, and removes identifiers from pricing links. You can change your choice later. Preferences are specific to this browser and domain; information already sent cannot be recalled by this control.

If you previously consented in Shops, also choose “Decline advertising tracking” on the Shops pricing page to revoke saved subscription attribution there. This website cannot erase another domain’s cookies or saved permission. Repeat your choices on other browsers or devices where you granted permission.
